• Cave visits and swimming/snorkelling are always subject to the sea conditions on the day and can not be guaranteed.
• On the dolphin trips please bear in mind that we cant guarantee sightings of the Dolphins as they are wild animals an unpredicatable..
• Sunset cruises do not visit Benagil cave
• Unfortunatey we cant allow you to bring your own drinks on board
• You may bring food on board or have lunch at a restaurant on the water, but you must inform us in advance and make a reservation. Lunch at the restaurant is not included in the price of the charter and is subject to access restrictions. After scheduling the charter, please contact us directly to select and reserve the restaurant. 
• The yacht has a maximum capacity of 12 passengers including children and babies.
• Please check in up to 30 minutes before departure time.
• The use of the interior of the yacht, except the bathroom, is subject to an extra charge of €150, for cleaning costs, paid on board or at check-in.
